1. CURRENCY
All prices and payments made on the aranciocollection.it website are expressed in euros (€).
2. PRICES
The prices published on the website include applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated as permitted by current legislation.
Before completing the order, the customer clearly sees:
- price of selected products;
- any applicable discounts;
- shipping costs;
- total amount to pay.
No additional costs not clearly communicated before order confirmation will be requested.
3. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:

4. PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
Payments made on the website are processed through J-Pay using the procedure available during checkout.
5. CUSTOMER SECURITY

- full payment card number;
- CVV code;
- password;
- temporary bank authentication codes.

6. SHIPPING COSTS
The applicable shipping costs are:
- orders equal to or greater than €200: free standard shipping;
- orders less than €200: fixed shipping cost of €20.
7. REFUNDS
When a refund is due according to the applicable policy, the amount is returned using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the customer.
The time it takes for the refund to be visible may depend on the payment circuit or the customer's bank.
